( Isn't that what we called them at camp??) And I am sure you won"t be the only one embracing them!!!!

LOVE YOU!!!
Joycejoycehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14734830241304302644noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8318194673896377359.post-84451954066679304582009-03-13T10:43:00.000-07:002009-03-13T10:43:00.000-07:00I think the diet/weight/exercise issues are hard f...I think the diet/weight/exercise issues are hard for all of us in the best of times, but when you've been through as much as you have and are at the point where you need to put on weight in the first place, its hard not to "reward" yourself, and find comfort in comfort food. That said, you've fought hard and gone through hell to get to the point you are now, so you certainly know you have the willpower, focus and strength to keep yourself on a healthy regiment. The bonus is the exercise should also help with the energy level. Above all, just glad to hear that life is still sounding very normal!

With regard to the filling station, sounds like Angelyne should watch her back. :)

Have a great weekend.

AaronAaronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16981260915606940532noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8318194673896377359.post-76780023641212506402009-03-13T08:36:00.000-07:002009-03-13T08:36:00.000-07:00Dieting is hell, but the results are well worth th...Dieting is hell, but the results are well worth the effort. It is amazing that you are already back into a pair of jeans that were too tight last week. That is fast progress!

Do you have WiiFit? I am doing 1 and 1/2 hours of training a day with that, plus walking for 30 minutes outside. Some of the moves in the Yoga and the Aerobic sections might make a fun alternative to the treadmill, just to change the routine from time to time. Something to consider.

I hope all the supplements and vitamins give you relief from the hot flashes, and renewed energy, as well. When will you get the all-clear to go back to pole-dancing?????!!!!!

We love you.

Marilyn, Fred and BettyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
